The process

Sounds good. How does it work?

  1. 01

    You fill in the form

Your university, your destinations and the subjects you need. Ten minutes; the more complete, the better the result.

  2. 02

    We do the digging

We cross your study plan with what your destination actually teaches, minding credits and teaching language.

  3. 03

    It arrives ready

A draft with every equivalence, its course code, ECTS, syllabus link and why it fits. Checked by a person before it reaches you.

  4. 04

    Rejected? We keep going

If your coordinator turns a subject down, send us the reason and we look for another way through.

Does this work for my country?

The Learning Agreement is an Erasmus+ document, and Erasmus+ is set up by Regulation (EU) 2021/817, of 20 May 2021. That is why this tool is built for Europe first — but an exchange outside it needs the same work, so read on.

Full Erasmus+

The 27 EU countries, plus six more

Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, North Macedonia, Serbia and Türkiye take part in everything, under article 19 of the Regulation.

Your agreement is signed on the Online Learning Agreement (learning-agreement.eu), built by the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, the European University Foundation and the Erasmus Student Network. Odisea prepares the draft you take there. That page stays the official one.

Partly

Erasmus+ beyond Europe

Article 20 lets universities in countries outside the programme join certain actions — international credit mobility. The document is the same one, so the draft works the same way.

Different form

Exchanges outside Erasmus+

The UK, Switzerland, the US, Canada, Latin America, Asia and Australia normally run on a direct agreement between the two universities, with your university's own study plan form instead of the OLA.

The hard part — finding the equivalences and proving them — is identical, so we still prepare it. You paste it into your university's form.

Questions

In case you still have one: FAQ

What exactly do I get?

A draft Learning Agreement for each destination: a proposed equivalent for each of your subjects, with its course code, ECTS, a link to the syllabus and a short explanation of why it fits, plus anything you should double-check. You take it to your coordinator and use it to fill in the official OLA.

How does it work?

You fill in the form, which takes about ten minutes. We build the draft from your study plan and your destination's catalogue, a person checks it, and it reaches you by email.

How much does it cost?

15 € for one destination with standard delivery. Each extra destination is +5 € (up to 5). Priority delivery adds 10 € and express adds 20 €. You see the exact total before you send anything.

How long does it take?

Standard: 8 to 12 working days. Priority: 3 to 7. Express: 24 to 48 working hours. The clock starts once we have everything we need from you.

Can you guarantee my university will approve it?

No — and nobody honestly can, because your coordinator decides. What we do is give them fewer reasons to say no: courses that really exist, contents that really match, and the evidence for each one.

My coordinator already rejected my Learning Agreement. Can you help?

Yes. Tell us which subjects were turned down and why, and we look for alternatives that answer the objection.

What if I have to change subjects once I arrive?

It happens all the time: courses get cancelled or clash. Press "Request changes" on your proposal, tell us which ones fell through and we look for replacements in the same catalogue. Up to 5 revisions are included.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, in full, if we have not started working on your request yet. Once the analysis has started it is no longer refunded, unless the draft has a serious mistake of ours that a revision does not fix — then you get back what you paid. A rejection by your university is not a refund case: that is what the free revisions are for.

Does it work outside the usual Erasmus countries?

Yes. The section above explains exactly where the Learning Agreement applies and what changes elsewhere — the hard part, finding and proving equivalences, is the same.

My destination's course list is a mess and I cannot find the subjects.

Send us whatever you have — a link, a PDF or a photo of the page. Digging through badly organised catalogues is a large part of the job.

Do I need to have chosen my subjects already?

Not at the destination. You only need to know which subjects from your own degree you want recognised — finding their equivalents is what you are asking us for.
